The ERWEKATAR series is a brittleness/wear tester that complies with USP/EP/JP standards.
It can be easily programmed through the keyboard, and the speed can be set between 20 and 100rpm. Allow for both timing and counting measurement methods, and the actual speed and test run duration will be displayed on a bright LED screen. The TAR series has two models to choose from: TAR 120 (1 test drum) or TAR 220 (2 test drums).
For larger tablet samples (tablets with a diameter greater than 13mm), the TAR can be set to USP/Pharm. Eur mode, providing a standard tilt angle device of 10 °.
